On the day
Changing: Limited changing facilities are provided within the school premises should they be required.
Baggage Drop: Free baggage drop will be available on the day.
Bib pick-up: Please follow event signage to pick up your bib.
Bib collection will open at 1130 and close at 1245 (for the 1k), 1315 (for the 3k) & 1345 (for the 5k).
It will be busy thus please endeavour to arrive early.
On the day entry: On the day registration opens at midday and we would advise arriving in good time for your chosen race.
Please follow event signage. Note that on the day entry places are subject to capacity.
Toilets: Available within School
Dogs: No dogs allowed on school premises or permitted on the course whilst wearing a race bib
NO SMOKING / VAPING ON OR AROUND SCHOOL PREMISES OR ON THE COURSE WHILST WEARING A RACE BIB
Refreshments: Hot food and drinks will be available to purchase within the school hall.
There will be activities throughout the afternoon to entertain people along with several stalls.
Medals: These will be awarded to all finishers
Trophies: To be awarded after each run has been completed in the following categories:

We look forward to seeing you on the day, first race begins at 13:00 with a warm up at 12:45.
- 1km run for children in Reception, years 1 & 2…Race Start 1pm (warm up 12:45pm)
- 3km run for children in years 3-5…Race Start 1:30pm (warm up 1:15pm)
- 5km run for children in year 6 upwards as well as adults…Race Start 2:15pm (warm up 2pm)
